Why this is being asked
Ward 27 has about 41,000 residents and one clinic. Both sites are on land the directorate already holds. Site A is closer to the market and the bus stop; Site B is closer to three large residential blocks and a school.
What will be done with the result
The directorate will read the result alongside the site survey and the travel-time analysis. Because the budget is fixed and both sites are already owned, this poll advises rather than decides.
